We are offering a 10% discount for all repours! Just send in your "clean" containers, and we'll refill them with the scent and color of your choice. We"ll even reimburse you for your one-way postage fee, with proof of postage paid, up to $5.00. You will only pay the shipping fee of your refilled containers. You can even send us your own special containers. It"s a win-win for you, and mother earth.

Do not wash the lids. The paint may peel. We will touch up your lids as necessary.

We are not responsible if your containers break in transit, so please pack with care and purchase insurance as needed. Customer is responsible for removing all wax and wicks from the containers. We will refill clean containers only. We will not pay your one-way shipping if your container is not cleaned and ready to fill, because we will need to clean out your containers and that takes extra time.

We Make "Naked" Tealights!

A "naked" tealight is a tealight without a container, also called a tealight, "blank." All you do is put a naked tealight into your empty tealight cups, just as you would refill a votive holder. Normally, a tealight cup is thrown away after one use. We invite you to reuse your containers to limit the amount of plastic waste into the environment. Discontinue use if your cups show any cracks or wear. Votive holders make great tealight holders.

Votive Candles Are The Best Environmental Choice

Reusable votive containers are the home to many votive candles. They can be used over and over for a lifetime. At the end of a votives life, there is only a small metal tab for you to drop into your recycle bin. Therefore, votives have the smallest impact on the earth. They are the environmental choice for candles in our candle line. For the best burn, place your votives in a tightly fitted container approved for votive candles. Soy votives will not survive in a loose fitted container.

Washing Of Our Jars And Candle Equipment

We use the latest energy star rated dishwasher (45% more energy efficient than earlier models) to wash our jars and candle equipment. We use Ecover Ecological Dishwashing Tablets and an earth-friendly rinse agent made by Wave-Jet, or sometimes just plain vinegar. Both are vegetable-based and do not contain phosphates and chlorine bleach. Our dishwasher uses less energy and it is a water saving unit. We use natural cleaners such as baking soda to remove glue residue from the jars and bottles. We also use hot water to remove large labels from bottles. The water is microwaved to keep it hot, instead of running water from the tap. The same water is reheated and reused bottle after bottle before it goes into our garden. All of our appliances run on solar power! Dishwasher, microwave, lighting and a heat gun to smooth the tops of candles. Even our radio that entertains us while we work is using energy from the sun!

Our candle waste and any other household garbage is packed in biodegradable Bio-Bags that are made of GMO-free corn.

We use paper towels to clean up wax spills. Our paper towels are made of 100% recycled paper (90% post consumer) and chlorine free, made by Seventh Generation or sometimes we buy Trader Joes Brand 80% post consumer/100% recycled paper.
