We ship in the Continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska via United States Postal Service, Priority Mail 1-3 day delivery. We offer flat rate shipping based on the amount of purchase. This pricing is for a limited time and could change without notice.

Insurance

We are not responsible for products damaged in transit. For example, if you send us a jar to fill for you and it breaks, we cannot replace it. It is the customer's responsibility to properly pack and purchase insurance for a product being shipped to us.

If it is a product we shipped to you, we will replace it if it's broken upon delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, most items are handmade and custom ordered. Upon approval, all items must be returned in new and unused condition. Items that have already shipped can only be returned if they are defective, within 7 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned items. Items that have not yet been shipped will be fully refunded.

If it's a candle item that just didn’t burn right with proper care, we will happily replace it.

Custom Orders via Email

You may submit custom orders via our Contact Page. Select "Order" from the drop down list. You may place an order in the comments area and leave any special instructions for your custom order. You will receive your total, plus tax and shipping. Once you confirm your order by e-mail, we will send an invoice to your email address through PayPal. We'll never need to ask you for your credit card number. Click the link provided to you by PayPal and pay your invoice online. Once your payment is processed, we will begin creating your custom order. Your candles need 3 days to cure before they are shipped out. We will notify you when your order is shipped, then allow 2-3 days for Priority Mail delivery.
