How long will it be before I receive my order?

There is currently a one week turnaround for all handmade custom products. Items are created and shipped within 5 business days. Items such as candle accessories are shipped within 3 business days if they do not contain any custom made items. Add an additional week during the month of November. I personally custom make all orders at the time of payment approval. Soy candles need 3 days to cure and are shipped after curing. Most jars are cleaned and ready to fill before the order is placed. This helps get products to you faster. Total time from order to arrival is approximately 5 to 9 business days from the day your order is placed to when you will receive it by USPS Priority Mail. Special request processing and delivery time frames will be quoted at the time of order and may incur an additional fee.

Will you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?

Yes, we ship within the Continental United States (48 contiguous), Hawaii and Alaska. There are currently no additional shipping fees for Hawaii and Alaska.

What is a highly scented candle?

A highly scented candle has the maximum amount of fragrance the wax can hold. If a candle has too much fragrance the oils seep out of the wax. A candle with too much fragrance could become flammable. We weigh our wax and oils so we may meet the maximum amount and still create a safe candle. Highly scented doesn't always mean your candle will be strong. Every fragrance is different and one may be stronger than the other. Also, every person has a different sense of smell and some highly scented candles may not even be noticed. Other individuals are very sensitive and they enjoy a lightly scented candle.

What is a Wickless Candle?

A wickless candle is a candle without a flame. It is made without a wick and is designed to be used with a candle warmer. Because there are no open flames, wickless candles are suitable for dorms or at work. Large jars will not fully liquify, therefore we only make wickless candles in our small baby food jars.
